The one where we finish the Sea People 1/28 for DBA (and DBMM)

It's over. It's done.

Gotta say that this little side-project has taken it's sweet time and in the end I have cut some corners that I didn't think I would when I started it. If you wanna read my rants about it, check older posts.
I am in the end happy with how they came out and that I have a "real" DBA army in the cabinet.

Or...
Ok, I still need to finish the camp for it to round it out. 
And I could build 3 Ax since I do have javelin-wielders with shields in the army-pack of stls.
But nah. I'm content with what I have for now.

The camp will be on the painting-table as a sideproject until it gets done while my focus shifts to other things.
WW2 France won the battle for now as I fall back on what I wrote in an older post; 
If I get the bulk of them, and perhaps even some germans painted, I can start up a complete new project!

On the shortlist with stuff I want to print and paint are;
A couple of HOTT armies. 15mm Dwarves, Orruks and maybe undead. Maybe 6mm?
Armies for DBA. I have Skythians laying about and would like Heruls aswell.
Dawn of Iron ships. To atleast get Hampton Roads up and running in the system.
2mm napoleonics. For 2x2 Napoleonics which seems like a superfun system.
6mm ACW. Again, 2 armies for Altar of Freedom first an foremost. Might do them in 2mm.
Epic-scale sci-fi. Emperors Children and IG. The latter I could proxy with some WW2 stuff I have.
Bolt Action. Two friends have started up armies, so I should too I guess. What era and what nation is anyones guess at this point.

Ongoing Projects;
Solar Auxilia. I should pop in some pictures on this army one of these days. I have all/most if the infantry painted for a ~3K army and mostly need to paint the vehicles. Probably print some extras (Russes) aswell as some Ogryns. Really not feeling it.
Gepid 2/71 for DBMM. I have just over 200 pts painted and need 200 more. I could ally in Heruls if I make a DBA army for them. Kinda luke-warm at this point.
6mm WW2. Belgians, french and germans. Big and small project that will take their time and get focus depending on what is needed for upcoming games. Again, most of the french will get done next.

Terrain. All scales really, but a bit of extra focus on DBx and 6mm western theatre WW2. Mentally draining so it moves slowly.

Here's a few pictures of the Sea People that I finished over the past few days together with the previous elements.
Army is pretty much C-in-C (LCh), 2 (4Bd), 6 (3Bd) and 3 (Ps).

I quite like the ship included in the army. For DBMM I will paint all 7 allowed in the list. The frenchies on the dryrack looks like palm-trees to be honest, chuckled when I saw that.
In the box you get a glimpse of all the vehicles I have put in toothpicks after my paintingsession, to ready them for painting.


Now, off to watch the new season of Rick & Morty.
